From September 24 – 26, Paris Retail Week will be Europe’s biggest meeting place for the retailing ecosytem. Under the motto “let’s reinvent customer experience”, Paris Retail Week will be organising a wide range of over 200 conferences, workshops and keynotes as well as more than 600 exhibitors. Here decision-makers of digital retail and marketing will find practical answers to their pressing business challenges. The participants will be taking a fresh look at today’s digital issues: devising a flexible and agile customer experience, incorporating the new means of payment, adopting durable logistics, optimising the use of marketplaces, redefining the marketing approach, making the best use of data, managing multi-channel sales, etc. An awards ceremony, retail tours and live concerts will add dynamism to an event designed to share knowledge, experiences and best practices, while placing a different business theme in the spotlight each day.
